How to recognize an Error Code
When a failure has occurred, the dishwasher will continuously beep every second and the Start/Resume indicator light will be red. The
error code will be displayed with the red light indicators on the wash cycle panel. (For specific failures see the illustrations below.)
To solve a failure issue
1. Press the Power button to remove the error code.
2. If the error code and continuous beeps cannot be removed by pressing POWER, turn the power off at the power supply.
3. Check the chart below and correct the failure wherever possible.
4. After attending to the failure, turn the dishwasher on at the power supply.
5. If the error code and continuous beeps remain, turn the water and power supply off to the dishwasher.
6. Call your authorized service center. (See “Assistance or Service.”) Advise the technician of the error code that has appeared on the
dishwasher.

Error Codes Possible Causes What to do
Flood switch has been activated. Turn the water and power supply to the
dishwasher off and call your authorized
service center.
Motor problem. Call your authorized service center.
Temperature sensor failed. Make sure that water going in through the
inlet hose is not hotter than 149ºF (65°C).
(Refer to “To check water temperature” in
the “Performance Tips” section.)
Call your authorized service center.
Temperature sensor or element failure. Call your authorized service center.
Electronics malfunction. Call your authorized service center.
Fill failure.
■ Turn on the dishwasher water supply.
■ Make sure the spray arm can rotate
around the center. If the dishwasher is
full of water, it will need to be emptied
manually.
