Interrupting the toasting process
If you wish to interrupt the toasting
process, press the stop button ቤ. The
toaster switches off.
Warming function
The warming function ብ allows you
to warm bread without toasting it.
This function can be selected in the
illuminated operating button display.
• Insert the bread and press down
the operating button ባ.
• Press the button for the warm-up
function ብ.
• The toaster automatically shuts off
and the slices of bread are raised.
Thawing function
By selecting the thawing function ቦ
you can thaw frozen sliced bread.
This function can be selected in the
illuminated operating button display.
• Insert the bread and press down
the control button ባ.
• Press the button for the thawing
function ቦ.
• The toaster automatically shuts off
and the slices of bread are raised.
Depending on the selected degree
of toasting, the bread will be just
thawed or thawed and toasted.
Crumb drawer
The crumb drawer ቨ collects any crumbs
that fall down during toasting. To remo-
ve the crumbs, pull the crumb drawer ቨ
out to the side.
Bread roll holder
• Never place the rolls directly on top
of the toaster. Always use the bread
roll holder ቢ.
• Press the bread roll warmer button ቩ
down, until it is fully extended.
• Place the rolls on top and start the
toasting process. Set the browning
control ቧ to 3 at the most.
Place the bread roll onto the bread
roll rack in such a way that it cannot
fall through the wires of the rack.
The rolls are very hot after the toa-
sting process.
• As soon as the toaster switches itself
off, turn over the rolls and switch the
toaster on again.
• Return the bread roll warmer ቢ to
its original position by pushing the
bracket for the bread roll warmer ቩ
back up again.
