OPERATION (OPTIONS)
The thermostat adjustments made with this feature
will change Bake, Convection Bake, and Convection
Roast temperature.
Note:
1. Press OPTIONS once.
2. Press 1 for ENABLE or 2 for
DISABLE.
3. Press START to accept the
desired change.
To set the feature Disable/enable
SETTING CONVECTION AUTO
CONVERSION FEATURE
When using convection bake, the Convection Auto
Conversion feature will automatically convert entered
regular baking temperatures to convection baking
temperatures.
This feature is activated so that the display will show the
actual converted (reduced) temperature. For example, if you
enter a regular recipe temperature of 350° and press the
START pad, the display will show the converted
temperature of 325° .
1. Press OPTIONS twice.
2. To increase the temperature use
the number pads to enter the
desired change.
(Example 20°F : 2 and 0).
20° will be displayed.
3. Press START to accept the
temperature change and the
display will return to the time of
day. Press CLEAR/OFF to reject
the change if necessary.
To increase the oven temperature:
1. Press OPTIONS twice.
2. To decrease the temperature use
the number pads to enter the
desired change.
(Example -20°F : 2 and 0) and then
press OPTIONS once.
20° will be displayed.
3. Press START to accept the
temperature change and the
display will return to the time of
day. Press CLEAR/OFF to reject
the change if necessary.
To decrease the oven temperature:
THERMOSTAT ADJUSTMENT
The temperature in the oven has been preset at the factory.
When first using the oven, be sure to follow recipe times and
temperatures. If you think the oven is too hot or too cool,
the temperature in the oven can be adjusted. Before
adjusting, test a recipe by using a temperature setting that is
higher or lower than the recommended temperature. The
baking results should help you to decide how much of an
adjustment is needed.
The oven temperature can be adjusted ±35° (±19° ).
