FULLFIVEYEARWARRANTY-Forfiveyearsfromthedateoforiginalpurchase,yourLiebherrwarranty
coversallpartsandlabortorepairorreplaceanycomponentsthatprovetobedefectiveinmaterialsor
workmanshipinthesealedsystem.The“SealedSystem”meansonlythecompressor,condenser,evapo-
rator,drierandallconnectingtubing.
LIMITED6THTHROUGH12THYEARWARRANTY-Fromthe6ththrough12thyearfromthedateof
originalpurchase,yourLiebherrwarrantycoversallpartsthatprovetobedefectiveinmaterialsorwork-
manshipintheSealedSystem(partsonly).
TERMSAPPLICABLETOEACHWARRANTY
AllserviceprovidedbyLiebherrunderthewarrantymustbeperformedbyauthorizedLiebherrservicerep-
resentatives,unlessotherwisespecifiedbyLiebherr.Servicewillbeprovidedinthehomeduringnormal
businesshours.Thiswarrantyappliesonlytoproductsinstalledfornormalresidentialuse.Detailsregard-
inganon-residentialwarrantyareavailableonrequest.
ThewarrantyappliesonlytoproductsinstalledinCanadaandanyoneofthefiftystatesoftheUnited
StatesortheDistrictofColumbia.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoveranypartsorlabortocorrectanydefect
causedbynegligence,accidentorimproperuse,maintenance,installation,serviceorrepair,includingbut
notlimitedtoimproperremovalandreinstallationofthecondensingunit.
THEWARRANTIESDESCRIBEDABOVEAREMADEEXPRESSLYINLIEUOFANYOTHERWARRANTIES,
EXPRESSEDORIMPLIED,INCLUDINGANYIMPLIEDWARRANTYOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESS
