INTRODUCTION
Please read this instruction manual carefully
and familiarise yourself with your new
popcorn maker before using it for the first
time.
Please retain this manual for future
reference.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:
When using your popcorn maker, basic
safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following.
1. Read all instructions carefully, even if
you are familiar with the appliance.
2. Close supervision is necessary when
any appliance is used by or near
children.
3. Before connecting the popcorn maker,
check if the voltage indicated on the
appliance corresponds with the main
voltage in your home. If this is not the
case, contact your dealer and do not
use the popcorn maker.
4. Switch off and unplug from the outlet
before filling, emptying or cleaning, or
when not in use.
6. Do not operate or place any part of this
appliance on or near any hot surfaces
(such as gas or electric burner or in a
heated oven).
7. Do not let the cord hang over the edge
of a table or counter. Do not let the cord
touch hot surfaces.
8. Never yank on the cord as this may
damage the cord and eventually cause
a risk of electric shock.
9. If the supply cord of this appliance is
damaged, it must only be replaced by a
repair shop appointed by the
manufacturer, because special purpose
tools are required.
10. Avoid touching hot popcorn maker
surfaces.
11. If operated on wood furniture, use a
protective pad to prevent damage
delicate finishes.
12. To avoid scalding, always ensure the lid
is correctly positioned before operating.
13. Do not switch your popcorn maker on if
it is empty.
14. To protect from electrical hazard, do not
immerse this popcorn maker, power
base or cord in any liquid.
15. To protect against fire, do not operate in
the presence of explosive and/ or
flammable fumes.
16. This product has not been designed for
any other uses than those specified in
this booklet.
Important! Do not use any sort of oils and
fats when using this appliance!
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS!
1. Fasten the top cover and fill the
measuring cup/lid with corn. The
appliance requires a minimum of one
measuring cup of corn in order to
function correctly. Pour the corn into the
inner tube and place the corn cup on
the top cover hole.
2. Put a popcorn container/bowl at the
popcorn outlet of the machine.
3. Connect and switch on the power.
4. After a couple of minutes the popcorn
start to appear. When most of the
popcorn has popped out switch off the
machine and empty the inner tube. One
popping process is over and a new can
begin. After 5 minutes´ use let the unit
cool down for 15 minutes .
Important: turn off the appliance after
use. If it is not turned off the
appliance will start again
automatically after about five
minutes, when it has cooled off.
5. You may now add salt, butter or spices
according to your own taste to the
popcorn in your container/bowl.
