Normal use of the apparatus
• Incorrectuseofthisappliancemaycausepersonal

• Forconnectionto230V,50Hzonly.
• Fordomesticuseonly.Notforoutdooror
commercial use.
• Themotorsectionorcordoftheappliancemustnot
be submerged in water or any other liquid.
• Donotoperatewithwetordamphands.Makesure
that no liquid gets into the motor section.
• Neverleaveunattendedwheninuse,andkeepan
eye on children.
• Removetheplugfromthesocketbeforeremoving
the lid from the apppliance before cleaning, or
when not in use.
• NEVERuseyourngers,kitchenutensilsorsimilar
topushingredientsdownthefeedtube!Usethe
accompanying tamper.
• NEVERstickngersorotherobjectsinthespout.
• NEVERtouchthemovingpartsoftheapplianceuntil
it has come to a complete stop.
• Thecentrifugebowlmustbehandledwithcare,asit
contains extremely sharp parts.
• Neveruseifthecentrifugebowlisdamaged.
• Donotleavetheappliancerunningnonstopfor
morethan1minutesatatime.Iftheappliancehas
been running 1 minutes, allow it to cool down before
you use it again.
Positioning the apparatus
• Alwaysplacetheapplianceatthebackofthe
kitchen counter.
• Donotplacenexttohotareas,forexamplegas
rings and electric hotplates.
Cord, plug and mains socket
• Ensurethatthecordisfullyextended.
• Donotallowthecordtohangovertheedgeofa
table/counter,andkeepitawayfromhotobjects
andnakedames.
• Checkregularlythatneithercordnorplugis
damaged and do not use if they are, or if the
appliance has been dropped or damaged in any
other way.
• Iftheapparatusorplugisdamaged,itmust
be inspected and if necessary, repaired by an
authorised repair engineer, otherwise there is a risk
ofelectricshock.Nevertrytorepairtheappliance
yourself.
• Avoidpullingthecordwhenremovingtheplugfrom
thesocket.Instead,holdtheplug.
• Checkthatitisnotpossibletopullortripoverthe
cord or any extension cord.
