Trouble Shooting Guide
Problem
Kettle is leaking water
Kettle does not work
Kettle trips mains power
supply
Kettle takes too long to boil
Kettle works intermittently

Reason
May be condensation
Kettle is over filled

Descale element using a
proprietary descaler or citric
acid solution. If not successful
then a new element may be
required.
