INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE (Continued)
The RETRO POPCORN MAKER™ is easy to use. Just follow these simple instructions.
After Taking the Unit Out of the Box
Your RETRO POPCORN MAKER™ is already fully assembled. Before first use,
lift the top housing off of the main body and wipe clean the inside of the unit with a
non-abrasive moist sponge or a non-abrasive moist towel. Wipe dry with a non-
abrasive towel.
After cleaning the inside, put the top housing back onto the base.
Now you are ready to enjoy freshly popped popcorn in your RETRO POPCORN MAKER™!
Popping Popcorn
First, find a stable place near an electrical outlet before starting. (Make sure your cord is
away from any water source. If needed, it is acceptable to use an extension cord).
1. Fill the kernel cap on the top of the unit with your favorite popcorn. It is
IMPORTANT - NEVER underfill or overfill the kernel cap. Underfilling the cap can
cause less kernels to pop and more hard kernels to come out of the unit during
popping. Overfilling can cause popped popcorn to burn and smoke as it will overfill
the popping chamber. (If you overfill the cap with kernels when filling, use your
finger to level off.)
2. Pour entire cap of kernels down the hole on the top of the unit until cap is empty.
(See Illustration A)
3. Place cap back in its place.
4. Place a bowl or dish under the popcorn opening to allow popcorn to fill the bowl.

NOTE: When selecting a bowl, make sure to use one that is large enough and will fit under
the popcorn chute.
5. Plug unit into outlet.
6. Turn unit ON (See illustration C showing ON/OFF button) and in just minutes, you
will have freshly popped popcorn to perfection!
7. When kernels have fully popped, turn unit OFF. You can tip the popcorn maker
forward at this point to make sure you get all the popcorn out of the machine.
8. Eat popcorn as is or top with your favorite toppings such as:
Salt and Pepper
Seasoning Salts
Butter or Margarine
Caramel
Worcestershire Sauce
Food Coloring for fun
Parmesan Salt …and more
recipe ideas on page 4!
IMPORTANT - ALWAYS allow 15 minutes between popping corn for machine to cool
so unit does not overheat and works effectively.
