Stopwatch
For single lap timing:
1. Press START/STOP to show the stopwatch.

2. Press START/STOP again to start the stopwatch.
3. Press START/STOP to pause the stopwatch and
again to resume timing.
4. Press LAP/RESET to reset the stopwatch when it
is stopped.
For multiple lap timing:
1. Press START/STOP to show the stopwatch.
2. Press START/STOP again to start the stopwatch.
3. Press LAP/RESET at the start of the second, third
lap and so on (maximum 99 laps).

4. Press START/STOP to stop the stopwatch when
all laps are finished.
5. Press + or to review all the lap times.
6. Press LAP/RESET to clear all lap times and reset
the stopwatch.
To use the count down timer:
1. Press /MENU to display the Home menu.
2. Press + or to select Fitness and press to
enter the fitness menu.

6. Press or to shift between minute and
second settings and press + or to adjust the
values.

timer.
To activate voice prompts to remind you the time
passed or remains:
1. Press /MENU to display the Home menu.
2. Press + or to select Fitness and press
to
enter the fitness menu.
3. Press + or to highlight Stopwatch Setup and
then press .
4. Press + or to highlight Voice Prompts and
then press
