2. Key lock operation
This unit incorporates a key lock feature which can inhibit the tampering using the keys on the control
panel.
The key lock is set to OFF at the factory.

1 Press and hold the digit shift
key for about 5 seconds

the numeric value shift key

figure of the digit.
3 Press the set key Key lock is set to ON and the current
refrigerator or freezer temperature is
displayed.

Note:
Key lock can be set any time when the current refrigerator or freezer temperature is displayed.
If the numerical value shift key is held depressed for more than about 5 seconds, F0 is displayed. This
is one of the functions used by the service personnel and the figure should not be changed. To return to
the refrigerator or freezer temperature display mode, press the set key or leave the unit for about 90
seconds without pressing any key.
