After Step 1 above, touch
POWER LEVEL pad six times
for 50%. Close the door.

Touch START/MINUTE PLUS pad.
DEFROST

For example, touch STEAKS/
CHOPS pad 4 times for 2.0 lb.
Close the door. Touch START/
MINUTE PLUS pad.
The oven will stop and directions
will be displayed. Follow the
indicated message.

After the 1st stage, open the door.
Turn steak over and shield any
warm portions. Close the door.

Shield any warm portions. Close
