AUTOMATIC DEFROST CHART
NOTE:
1 Steaks, Chops, Fish fillets and Chicken legs should be frozen in one layer.
2 For shielding the defrosted parts, use small, flat pieces of aluminium foil.
3 The poultry should be cooked immediately after defrosting.
4 Arrange the food in the oven as shown below:

PROCEDURE
• Place a plate upside down on the turntable
and put the poultry breast side down on
the plate.
• When the oven stops and the audible
signal sounds, turnover and shield the thin
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.
• After defrosting, cover with aluminium foil
and stand for 30 - 90 minutes until
thoroughly defrosted.
• Finally clean the poultry under running water.
• Place the food on a plate in the centre of
the turntable.
• When the oven stops and the audible
signals sound, turn the food over,
rearrange and separate. Shield the thin
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.
• After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for
10 - 30 minutes, until thoroughly defrosted.
• Place the food in a single layer on a plate
in the centre of the turntable. If portions are
frozen together, try to seperate before
defrosting.
• When the oven stops and the audible
signals sound, turn the food over,
rearrange and separate. Shield the thin
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.
• After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for
10 - 30 minutes, until thoroughly defrosted.
