6. Troubleshooting
The electronic control system is able to find and signal a series of possible malfunctions of the
dihwasher by means of
PROGRAM PHASES INDICATOR LIGHTS (8)
, which illuminate following
well determined sequences, corresponding to different problems.
In the event of a fault or malfunction,
before calling the After-sales service centre
, we suggest
that you first consult the troubleshooting guide below.
If the problem persists even after implementing the recommended solutions, call the After-sales
service centre
after
having carried out the following:
making a note of the fault message (

);
unplug the power cord from the socket;
shut off the water supply tap.

The dishwasher’s AQUASTOP anti-flooding system has been activated (only for models equipped with
the device).
To reset the signal failure, you must switch off and restart the appliance. You must also call the AFTER-
SALES SERVICE to find out what caused the problem.

The system for limiting the water level in the dishwasher has been triggered.
It could be a temporary failure. Try opening and closing the dishwasher door and starting the appliance again.
If the problem persists, call the authorised technical service centre.

The dishwasher fails to heat the water.
Try opening and closing the dishwasher door and starting the appliance again.
If the problem persists, call the authorised technical service centre.

The washing temperature sensor is disconnected.
Call the After-sales Service.

The dishwasher fails to draw water.
Check that:
the water supply tap is open;
the filter in the water intake hose is not clogged;
the water intake hose is not kinked or bent.
Once you carried out these operations, switch the appliance off and start it again, press the ON/OFF button
again and the program will restart from the point at which it was interrupted.
If the problem persists, call the authorised technical service centre.

The dishwasher fails to drain.
Check that:
the flexible drain hose is not kinked or obstructed;
the water drain pipe is not obstructed;
the dishwasher filter is not clogged.
Once you carried out these operations, switch the appliance off and start it again, press the ON/OFF button
again and the program will restart from the point at which it was interrupted.
If the problem persists, call the authorised technical service centre.

There is a malfunction in the water filling system.
Call the After-Sales Service to find out what caused the problem.
In the event of error codes not included in this table, call the Technical Service Centre.
