6.7 Setting the current time
Turn the temperature selection knob right or left to
reduce or increase the displayed time.
Keep it in the turned position to reduce or increase
more rapidly.

A few seconds after the last adjustment is made, the
time display will steady and the colon separating the
hours from the minutes will flash to indicate the start
of the countdown.
It may become necessary to change the current
time, for example for daylight saving time. Starting
from stand-by (see “6.5 Operating modes”), hold
down the temperature selection knob to enter the
time adjustment mode.

6.8 Selecting a cooking function
In the ON state only, a cooking function can be
selected by simply turning the ON/OFF knob to the
right or left.
The selected function will light up and the preset
cooking time will be displayed.

After selection of the function desired, the oven will
start the cooking procedure at the preset
temperature and will light up. Cooking itself is
preceded by a preheating stage, which allows the
oven to heat to the cooking temperature more
quickly. flashes to indicate that this stage is in
progress. When the preheating stage is over,
will remain lit steadily and a buzzer will sound to
indicate that the food can be placed inside the oven.
On pyrolytic models, the special defrosting and proving functions are brought
together under the same function indicated by .
