CREATIVE WAFFLES
Let your imagination be your guide to many exciting and
tasty meals with your Sunbeam Waffle Maker. Here are a
few suggestions:
Breakfast and Brunch
Top crispy waffles with:
Butter, Syrup, Honey, Molasses, Apple Butter, Pie Filling,
Whipped Cream, Yogurt, Fruit Preserves, Fresh Fruit.
Dessert
Serve dessert waffles hot or cold. Prepare a richer batter
such as Belgian-Style Waffles or Chocolate Brownie Waffles.
Top with your favorite sweet ‘n tasty ingredients which
might include:
Sweetened Fresh Berries, Ice Cream, Powdered Sugar,
Chopped Nuts, Sundae Sauces, Fruit Yogurt.
CLEANING AND STORING
1. Unplug and allow Waffle Maker to cool before cleaning.
2. Wipe the inside and edges of plates with paper towels or
a soft cloth.
3. Clean waffle grids with cloth or sponge dampened with
hot, soapy water. Do not immerse Waffle Maker in water
or any other liquid. Rinse with a dampened cloth or
sponge and wipe dry.
4. To remove cooked-on foods, use a nylon scrub pad or
non-abrasive cleaner. Do not use a steel wool pad or
abrasive cleanser which will damage the non-stick surface.
3. Should any filling be difficult to remove, pour a little
cooking oil onto the plate and wipe off after 5 minutes,
when the filling has softened.
4. Wipe the outside with a slightly moistened cloth, ensuring
that no moisture, oil, or grease enters the cooling slots.
5. Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scour-
ing pad or steel wool, to prevent damaging the finish.
6. Store in a closed position. Waffle Maker stands on end for
convenient storage. Use cord wrap on the bottom of the
Waffle Maker for cord storage.
7. Any servicing required should be performed only by an
authorized service facility.
