300gsoftbrownsugar
½cupmaplesyrup
½cupwater
2½teaspoonscinnamon
1teaspoonsalt
1.Cookpopcornaccordingtodirectionsin
thepopcornmaker.
2.Linealargebakingtraywithbakingpaper;
spreadpopcornevenlyovertray.
3.Combinebutter,sugar,syrup,water,
cinnamonandsaltinamediumsaucepan.
Cook,stirring,onamediumheatuntilthe
butterhasmeltedandthesugarhas
dissolved.Usingapastrybrushandhot
water,brushdownthesidesofthe
saucepantoremoveanysugar.Increase
heatandbringtotheboil.Boil,
uncovered,withoutstirringuntilthe
temperaturereaches150°Conacandy
thermometer.
4.Pourthehottoffeemixtureoverthe
popcornandcarefullystirthrough.Allow
tocooltoroomtemperature.
5.Breakorcutintochunksandenjoy!
