Note: Before cleaning always remove the
power cord from the power outlet.
Removethejuicingcones,stainlesssteel
sieveandjuicingcontainerfromthemotor
partofthebaseoftheCitrusPress.
Cleanallpartswithwarmsoapywater.Rinse
and dry thoroughly.
Note:Forthoroughcleaningoftheanti-drip
spout,itcanberemovedfromthejuicing
container.Thisensuresthatanyresidue
remainingfromthejuiceisremoved.
Alternativelyyoucanplacethesepartsinthe
upper section of your dishwasher.
CleanthemotorbaseoftheCitrusPresswith
adampcloth.Neveruseharshcleaningor
scouringagents.Neverimmerseinwateror
other liquids.
Before using your CitrusPress
Cleanthejuicingcones,stainlesssteelsieve
andjuicecontainerinwarmsoapywater.
Rinseanddrythoroughly.Alternativelyyou
can place these parts in the upper section of
your dishwasher.
Using your CitrusPress
1.Positionthestainlesssteelsieveontothe
juicingcontainerandplaceontothemotor
base.
2.Placethesmalljuicingconeontothedrive
shaft.Ifyouarejuicinglargercitrusfruits,
positionthelargerjuicingconeoverthe
smallerjuicingconesothelargeconeis
sitting on top of the smaller cone.
3.PlugthepowercordoftheCitrusPressinto
a230-240VACpoweroutletandswitch
the power on.
4.Placeaglassundertheanti-dripspout.
5.Toopentheanti-dripspout,pushit
downwardstoallowthejuicetoslowinto
the glass.
6. Cut the citrus segments in half, cutting
across the segments.
Note:Beforejuicingwerecommendthatyou
roll the fruit on the bench whilst pressing
downgently.Thiswayyouwillobtainmore
juice.
7.Pressafruithalfontothejuicingcone–
theCitrusPressstartsautomaticallyand
stops when the fruit is removed.
8.Pushtheanti-dripspoutupwardstostop
theflowofjuice,youcanthenremoveor
exchangethefullglasswithanother–this
ensures that the anti-drip spout does not
allowthejuicetocontinuetoflow.
9.WhentheCitrusPressisnolongerneeded,
remove the power cord from the power
outletandcleantheCitrusPress–see
“Care and Cleaning” below.
