Makes: 2½cups
1cupthickenedcream
600gwhitechocolate,chopped
1.Bringcreamtoboilinamediumsaucepan
andimmediatelyremovefromheat.
2.Place chocolate in cream. Stir until smooth.
Coverandrefrigerate,stirringoccasionally
untilspreadableconsistency.
