Half of the way through defrosting, the oven will beep 5 times and
the word TURN will flash. Open the door, turn the food over, or
otherwise arrange it for even defrosting and then close the door to
continue defrosting. We stongly advise you not to ignore this
imporant procedure. If you do not open the door, the word TURN
will continue to flash until the defrosting cycle has ended.
