FIVE YEAR LIMITEDWARRANTY

nysurfaceburnerwhich failsduetodefective materials orworkmanship in normalhouseholduseduring the
secondthrough fifthyear fromthedate of originalretailpurchase willbe repaired or replaced, freeofcharge
for the partitself,with the ownerpayingallother costs, including labor.

INETY(90)DAYRESIDENTIALPLUSWARRANTY
Thiswarrantyappliestoapplicationswhereuseoftheproductextendsbeyondnormalresidentialuse.Examplesare,
butnotlimitedto,bedandbreakfasts,firestations,privateclubs,churches,etc.Thiswarrantyexcludesallcommercial
locationssuchasrestaurants,foodservicelocationsandinstitutionalfoodservicelocations.
This warrantyextendstotheoriginal purchaser of the productwarranted hereunder and to eachtransferee
ownerof the productduringthetermofthewarranty.
This warrantyshall apply toproductspurchasedandlocatedin theUnited States andCanada.Products must
bepurchasedin thecountrywhereserviceis requested.Warrantylabor shallbeperformed byanauthorized
VikingRange Corporationserviceagencyorrepresentative. Warranty shall not applytodamage resulting from
abuse,accident,naturaldisaster,lossofelectricalpower to the productforanyreason, alteration, outdooruse,
improperinstallation,improper operation, or repair or service of the productby anyone other thanan
authorizedVikingRange Corporationserviceagencyorrepresentative. Thiswarranty doesnotapply to
commercial usage. Warrantor is not responsibleforconsequentialorincidentaldamage whetherarisingoutof
breach ofwarranty,breachofcontract, or otherwise. SomejurisdictionsDO NOT allow the exclusionor
limitationofincidentalofconsequential damages,sotheabove limitation or exclusionmaynotapplyto you.
Ownershall be responsibleforproperinstallation,providingnormal careandmaintenance, providing proof of
purchaseuponrequest,andmakingtheappliance reasonablyaccessibleforservice. Iftheproduct or one of its
componentparts containsa defect or malfunction during thewarrantyperiod, aftera reasonablenumber of
attempts by the warrantor to remedy the defectsor malfunctions, the ownerisentitled to eithera refundor
replacementof the productoritscomponent partor parts. Warrantor’sliability on any claimofanykind, with
respect to the goodsorservices coveredhereunder,shallin no caseexceed theprice ofthe goodsor service
orpart thereofwhich givesrise totheclaim.
WARRANTYSERVICE
Underthetermsofthis warranty,service mustbe performedbya factory authorized Viking RangeCorporation
service agentorrepresentative. Servicewillbeprovided during normal businesshours, andlabor performedat
overtime or premiumrates shallnot becovered by this warranty. To obtain warrantyservice, contactthedealer
fromwhomtheproduct was purchased,an authorizedViking RangeCorporation serviceagent, or Viking
RangeCorporation. Providemodel and serial number and dateoforiginalpurchase.Forthename of your
nearest authorized Viking RangeCorporation serviceagency,call the dealer fromwhom the productwas
purchasedorVikingRange Corporation.IMPORTANT:Retainproofof originalpurchaseto establish warranty
period.
The returnoftheOwner RegistrationCardis not aconditionof warrantycoverage.
You should, however,
returntheOwnerRegistration Cardso thatVikingRange Corporationcancontactyoushouldanyquestion of
safetyarise which couldaffectyou.
Any implied warranties of merchantabilityandfitness applicable tothe abovedescribed surfaceburner,griddle
burner, grillburner,oven burner, porcelain oven,orporcelaininner doorpanel are limitedin durationtothe
periodofcoverage oftheapplicableexpress writtenlimitedwarrantiessetforth above. Somejurisdictions DO
NOT allowlimitationsonhowlong animplied warrantylasts, so the above limitation may not apply toyou.
This warrantygives youspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalso haveother rights whichmayvary from
jurisdictionto jurisdiction.
