• Suppose you want to defrost a 2.0 pound steak, using Auto Defrost.

1. Touch Defrost pad.

2. Select desired Defrost setting by touching
the desired number pad. (Ex: Touch the
number pad 5 to select steak.)
Enter weight. (Ex: Touch number pads 2 and
0 for 2.0 lb.) Touch Start/Touch On pad.
3. The microwave oven will stop so the
food can be checked. The display will
show:

4. After the 1st stage, open the door. Turn steak over and shield any
warm portions. Close the door. Touch Start/Touch On.
