Do not use the MEAL SENSOR probe when cookrng poultry. Because of the
amount of bone and shape of poultry, there is no place where the meat IS
thrck enough to place the probe properly.

2. Wipe probe with a hot sudsy cloth Use a plastic scouring pad to remove stubborn

3 Probe may be placed in silverware basket of dishwasher.
4. Be careful not to kink the cable.
NOTE: Make sure you have the right probe for your oven. It will have “LO-Z” on the
handle.
