CONTROL OPERATION
The Wolf electric cooktop operates by using
high-frequency pulsation, cycling the heating
elements between zero power and full power.
As the heat is increased on the control panel,
the element will stay at full power for longer
periods and have shorter periods of zero
power.
When using the dual-zone or triple-zone
elements, all sections of the element will cycle
at the same rate. For safety reasons, the outer
elements cannot be turned on independently
from the center section.
