Question About Cleveland Range Oven OEB-20.10

Foam rises out of steam exhaust and excess water drains from an oblong apeture next to drain spout, this does not happen during normal opperation but only occurs during phase 3 of cleaning cycle. this is not an auto clean system and the cleaning chemical is the same chemical that has been used for the last 6 months
