Question About Elite Oven ERO-210BK
the light on the control know...

Recently purchased this product; am trying it for the first time today. However, I can't tell if it is still on since the light on the control knob is no longer lit and, the pan is not hot as I would expect; is there something wrong? I just purchase 4 of these roaster ovens ( 1 yesterday, 3 today); I love the fact that it can serve as a buffet.
