Question About Hotpoint Refrigerator RLA84
the back wall of fridge is frozen...

the fridge has begun to freeze foods near the back. the foods are not touching the back wall. temperature is on 1 and green with ok is showing. have moved shelves away from back wall but still freezing foods.
