we have a toshiba- GR-EF refrigerator, bought in 2007 from Metro (no longer there) in Kampala, Uganda. Problem: it shuts off at night & by morning the items in freezer are thawed. Solar panals and batteries have been checked out by Incafex Solar and they are OK. What can be done? An additional piece of info - when the water pump is turned on in the AM it kicke the frig into action. But they are in no way connected. All this in up-country Uganda without outside power source.
