I need to show documentation to our city health inspector regarding the defrost cycle for the Traulsen pass-thru refrigerator #RHT132WPUT-HHS. The city inspector said that the unit should go into the defrost cycle only between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. He has noticed the Traulsen units in the defrost cycle during his visits and has marked off points on our health inspections for this. Do you have documentation stating the way that the defrost cycle is designed to operate? I could not find this on the website. whall@dentonisd.org
