internal lamps have both burned out and I have not...

internal lamps have both burned out and I have not been able to remove them. top oven just spins, and bottom bulb came away from base and I have tried needle nose pliers and can not get it to budge, I think I need to replace fixtures and would like to get a how to from start to finish, any help would be appreciated thanks rh
