3. Press the left soft key to return to the name display.
4.3 Retrieving Caller ID Information
The system stores Caller ID information for one hundred calls in the CID
table. You can review all call data, dial a stored number, or delete call
data.
1. While the extension is idle (no active calls), press the CID Table
code Func + 6 + #.
2. Enter the attendant extension password.
3. Press the show soft key. The display responds as follows.
4. Use the VOL bar (up and down) to go through the Caller ID Table.
Press Up to review the list from the most recent. Press Down to
review the list from the oldest recorded.
Each logged call has three screens that you can view: Name, Num-
ber, Time and Date.
5. Press more to view the screens.
