CONNECT SHIFT ROD (See Fig. 6)
• Insert end of shift rodfarthest from bend into hole of
shift lever indicator,
• Inserthairpinclipthroughholeof shift rodto secure,
• Insertotherend of shift rod_ntohole in shift lever,
, Insertsecond hairpin clipthroughholeof shift rod.
REMOVE TILLER FROM CRATE
• Make sure shiftlever indicatorts in "N" (neutral)posi-
tion (See Fig, 6)
• Tilt tiller forward by Iiftirlg handie_ Separate cardboard
cover from leveling shield.
• Rotate tiller handle to the right and pull tiller out of
carton,
