The probe is disconnecting from
the NotificationIRP point.
Either the probe has not received
any events for the specified
timeout period, the probe is
shutting down, or the probe has
received a stop signal.
END SYNCHRONIZATION The probe is closing the
synchronization process.
The probe has finished receiving
alarms from the alarm list.
Failed to find IOR
file ior_file_name
The probe could not find the
specified file.
The IRP Manager has not been
set up correctly using the
properties file.
