OPERATING PROCEDURES
CONTROLLING VIDEO INPUTS &
MONITORS
Operations on the front panel can control video inputs on
the spot monitor or multi-screen monitor.
■ On the Spot Monitor
● Selecting the Spot Monitor
1. Press the [SPOT/MULTI] button to turn the LED in the
button on. The spot monitor is ready to be operated.
2. Follow the descriptions below for each monitoring mode
on the spot monitor.
● Viewing a Single Live Spot
A selected live image is displayed on the spot monitor until
a new input selection is made.
1. Press a desired numeric button from among 1 – 8.
The selected image appears on the monitor.
2. Press another numeric button to select a new input.
■ On the Multi-screen Monitor
● Selecting the Multi-screen Monitor
1. Press the [SPOT/MULTI] button to turn the LED in the
button off. The multi-screen monitor is ready to be oper-
ated.
2. Follow the descriptions below for each monitoring mode
on the multi-screen monitor.
● Viewing a Single Live
The multi-screen monitor can display a single live spot
image.
Operating procedures are the same as that of “ On the Spot
Monitor” except selecting the multi-screen monitor.
In this condition, the spot monitor will display the same
image as the multi-screen monitor.
● Zooming a Single Live
A single live or playback image on the multi-screen monitor
can be zoomed.
1. Display the desired single live or playback image on
the multi-screen monitor pressing the [ZOOM] button
appropriate times if necessary.
2. Hold down the [ZOOM] button for 2 seconds to enlarge
the image.
