F Code (PWD)
There are times when you may wish
to use a password when receiving
faxes by polling with the F Code
“SEP”features. ⇒ P.54 “F Code (SEP)”
Limitation
❒ You can enter a password up to 20
digits long.
Note
❒ Messages you send using this fea-
ture are marked "PWD" on all re-
ports.
JBIG Reception
Fax Function Upgrade Option is re-
quired to use this function.
It allows you to receive messages sent
in the JBIG format.
Limitation
❒ If ECM is turned off, JBIG Recep-
tion is not available.
