Bluetooth Tethering
Before starting, pair the target device with your tablet, and
then configure it to obtain its network connection by using
Bluetooth.
1. From a Home screen, touch Apps ➔ Settings.
Under Wireless and Networks, touch More settings.
2. Touch Tethering.
3. Touch Bluetooth tethering to turn tethering On or Off.
VPN
Set up and manage Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
Note: You must enable screen security before setting up a
VPN. For more information, refer to “Lock Screen” on
page 97.
Adding a VPN
1. From a Home screen, touch Apps ➔ Settings.
Under Wireless and Networks, touch More settings ➔
VPN.
• To configure a Basic VPN: Touch Basic VPN and
then touch Add. Enter the configuration information
and then touch Save.
• To configure an Advanced IPsec VPN: Touch
Advanced IPsec VPN, and then touch Add VPN
Connection.
2. Set a password to protect the private keys and shared
secrets.
3. Re-enter the password and then touch OK.
4. Enter the IPsec configuration information, then touch
Show advanced options to configure additional
options.
5. Touch Save.
