TMIO works diligently with Star-K in order to make Connect Io™ the most kosher consumer friendly cooking
appliance possible for your Sabbath needs.
From the Main Screen
• Select My Oven drop down
• Select Sabbath
• Select Top Oven or Bottom Oven (either or both can be used)
• Select Next
• Select Cook Method (Bake, Roast, Warm or Refrigerate)
• Select Next
• Set Oven Temperature by dragging the slider button; AND/OR
• Use the +/- 5º buttons for fine adjustment
• Select Next
• Using the key pad, set Start and Stop Time
• Select Next
• Confirm your settings
• If any changes are required, select each button individually to
make changes
• You can also select Refrigerate Before Cooking and/or one of the
Warm After Cooking time periods
• Select Start
