How Dehydration feature
works: This feature allows for
slowly drying out food for
preservation and other cooking
uses.
This requires an optional acces-
sory package.
• Use the Convection mode for
this feature.
• Do not preheat when using
the Dehydration feature.
• The dehydrating temperature
is pre-set at 135˚F (60˚C).
• Use drying screens (not
supplied with oven).
• Multiple racks can be used
simultaneously.
• Some foods require as much
as 14 to 15 hours of time to
fully dehydrate.
• Consult a food preservation
book for specific times and
handling of various foods.
