REPLACINGTHEOVENLIGHTBULB
WARNING!
Disconnectpowerbeforeservicingunit.
To replace the oven light bulb, unscrew the
protectioncapthatprojectsoutinsidetheoven.
Spare bulbs are available at factoryauthorized
partsresellerslistedonpage4.
Alternatively use commercial bulbs type [list

COOLINGFANFAILURE
Bertazzoni ranges are equipped with a cooling
fan.Thefan startsoperatingeachtime theoven
knobisonapositiondifferentfrom0(zero).
The fancirculates the air between the control
panel and the oven door, allowing the control
panel and the oven door
to remain cool while
cooking.
Malfunctionofthecoolingfanisindicatedbythe
FANFA ILURElightsituatedattheleftsideofthe
control panel. If the light is on, turn off all
burnersassoonaspossibleandcallthecustomer
service hotline toschedule service by a factory
trainedprofessional.

Cleaning after installation: use a stainless steel
cleaning productor wipeto eliminatethe glue
residues of the blue protection film after
removal.
Cleaning the worktop: periodically clean the
burner
heads,thecastironpansupportsandthe
burner caps using warm water. Remove burned
food andfat residues with a rubber spatula. If
foodresiduepreventthesmoothoperationof
the control knobs, call the customer servce
hotline to schedule service by a factorytrained
professional.
Cleaning stainless steel:
for best results use a
stainlesssteelcleanerproductwithasoftsponge
or wipe.Alternatively usea soft sponge orcloth
withawarmsoapandwatersolution.Neveruse
abrasivepowdersorliquids!
Cleaning the burner caps: lift the burner caps
fromtheburnerheadsandwashthem
inawarm
soap andwater solution.Dry thoroughlybefore
usingthemagain.Beforereinstallingthemonthe
burnerhead,checkthatthegasflow holesare
not clogged with food residues or cleaning
productresidues.
Cleaning Enamel: enamelled parts should be
cleanedfrequentlywithawarm soapandwater
solution applied
with a soft sponge or wipe.
Never useabrasivepowders or liquids! Donot
leave acid or alkaline substances on the
enamelled parts (such as vinegar, lemon juice,
salt,tomatosauce,etc.).Usearubberspatulato
removefatresidues.
Cleaningglassdoor: cleantheglassusinga non
abrasive
sponge orwipewith awarm soap and
warm water solution. Use a rubber spatula to
removefatresidues.
Cleaning the inside of the oven glass: Oven
featureis theabilityto removetheinner glass.
Afteryouopenthedoorcompletelyandlockthe
hinges (fig. 1) unhook the engagements
shows
thefigure (23)liftandremovethe innerglass
(fig. 4) and then clean thecrystal. Such an
operationis tobeperformed incold ovenand
with a damp cloth, taking care not to use
