avant de continuer.

ces morceaux manuel-
lement et les conserver
pour une autre recette,
comme par exemple une
soupe dont les ingrédi-
ents seront réduits en
purée.
Le fromage à pâte molle
s’accumule sur le dessus
du disque trancheur-
déchiqueteur.
Le fromage n’était pas
assez froid. La pression
exercée sur le poussoir
était trop forte.
Veiller à ce que les fro-
mages à pâte molle soient
bien réfrigérés ou pla-
cés dans le congélateur
jusqu’à ce qu’un couteau
ne puisse être inséré qu’à
une profondeur maximale
d’environ 1,3 cm (½ po).
Le poussoir doit seule-
ment être utilisé comme
guide; ne jamais exercer
trop de pression sur le
poussoir.
