Hand Mixer

ATTACHMENTS
Your hand mixer comes with two
different attachments.
BEATERS (3)
The beaters gives your processing
mass a finer texture and prevents
the development of clumps. It can
be used to prepare puddings, may-
onnaise, to beat egg whites or whip-
ping cream.
DOUGH HOOKS (4a, 4b)
The dough hooks are particularly
helpful if you are making different
types of dough - such as for bread
or with yeast.
SPEED SETTINGS
Please choose your speed settings
based on the following instructions:
5*1The consistence of any mass may
change any time you add ingredients.
Consequently, you should either use a
higher or lower speed setting.
SPEED 0
The device is turned off in this posi-
tion. Always place the device in this
setting to clean it or store it and of
course, unplug it.
SPEED 1
For dough kneading and mixing.
SPEED 2
For sauces and pudding.
SPEED 3
For the preparation of various
baking blends.
SPEED 4
To beat butter and sugar, angel food
cake dough, cake mixes and sugar
icing.
SPEED 5
To beat light and airy masses such as
mashed potatoes or eggs.
HOW TO USE YOUR HAND MIXER
MOUNTING ATTACHMENTS
Before you mount your attachments
please make sure that the speed
setting (1) is in the 0–position and
that your device Is unplugged.
Push the desired attachment(s) into
the insertion holes (5) until they
click into place.
If you are using the kneading hooks
(4a, 4b) make sure you insert them
into the proper opening (5). The left
kneading hook (4a) will only fit into
the left hole (5) with the visible step
in the hole.
The two whisks (3) will fit into both
holes (5).
CONNECTING THE POWER
Before you connect the device to
power supply, the attachments must
first be installed.
Before you connect the hand mixer
to the power, make sure that the
speed setting (1) Is securely in the
0–position.
MIXING PROCESS
*.1035"/5 Once the mixer has run
for 4 continuous minutes, it must be
turned off for 2 minutes to prevent the
motor from overheating.
Place the ingredients into a mixing
bowl. If you are using bowls made
of glass or china, make sure that
the attachments do not come into
contact with the sides and bottom
of the bowl.
