ABOUT YOUR
BONAVITA
COFFEE BREWER
The heaters in the Bonavita coffee
brewers are designed to deliver
the correct temperature water over
the correct brewing time. For ideal
extraction levels, brew your coffee
in 6-8 cup batches. Brew with fresh,
ltered, cold water whenever possible.
Brewing time is about 6 minutes for
8 cups of coffee. This will allow for
proper water ow and saturation time.
