Raspberry Sauce
This works well with more than just frozen desserts. Serve over
pancakes or crêpes for your loved ones.
Makes about 1 cup
2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed
½ cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
pinch sea salt
pinch orange zest
Insert the large metal chopping blade into the bowl of a Cui-
sinart
®
Food Processor. Add both thawed and fresh raspberries
and process for 15 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and
process for an additional 45 seconds. Strain through a fine
mesh strainer and discard the seeds. Taste and adjust sugar
amount to personal preference.
