If the appliance is not working correctly, please carry out the following checks, before
contacting your local Service Force Centre.
IMPORTANT: If you call out an engineer to a fault listed below, or to repair a fault caused by
incorrect use or installation, a charge will be made even if the appliance is under guarantee.
Something not working
SOLUTION
Check that the oven is switched on at the
wall
or
Check that the power supply has not been
interrupted before the cooling fan has had
time to cool the oven down
or
Check that there is not a problem with your
gas supply
Check that you are using the recommended
temperature settings and shelf positions.
Check the light bulb, and replace it if
necessary (see "Cleaning the Oven").
Check that the oven is installed properly.

Check that you are using the

When the cooking process is completed,
do not leave the dishes standing in the oven
for longer than 15-20 minutes.

cially to the chapter “Using the Gas Oven”.
Hot air does not circulate inside the oven
cavity. Switch the oven off and contact an
authorised service centre.
Air is not expelled through vents between
the oven door and the control panel. Switch
the oven off and contact an authorised ser-
vice centre.
PROBLEM
The oven or grill does not light.
Food is cooking too quickly or
too slowly.
The oven light does not come
on.
The oven is not cooking
evenly.
Steam and condensation
settle on the food and in the
oven cavity.
The oven fan does not work.
The cooling fan does not work.
