Inspiration
Chocolate ganache is a wonderfully rich, and very easy, fudge topping for cakes. Melt 200g dark chocolate and 80ml
cream together on the lowest power on the Supersimmer element, stirring regulaly. Pour the hot mixture over the
cake, allowing it to run, or spreading it, down the sides. It will harden on cooling.
