The open burner, or Master Jet, family of fryers
includes the 35, 45, CF, and J1C series at the
upper end and the GF14 and GF40 at the lower
end.
Unique physical characteristic:
• A U-shaped burner manifold surrounds the
frypot, supplying flame to metal
deflectors, or targets, which direct the heat
to the frypot.
Where used:
• Burger King uses 45’s. The other models will be found in smaller restaurants.
