12 galletas de barquillo de chocolate (1 3/4 tazas)
6 cucharadas de mantequilla o margarina derretida
Parta 6 galletas en trozos pequeños, procese en una bolsa de plástico resistente o
en un recipiente de plástico con tapa. Lícue en LO y después en HI hasta que
queden migas finas; repita hasta que todas las galletas estén chafadas. En un
molde para pastel de 8 ó 9 pulgadas combine las migas y la mantequilla. Agregue
la mantequilla derretida y mezcle bien. Presione la mezcla de manera uniforme en

1 caja de mezcla instantánea para pastel de queso o una receta casera
1 pasta de barquillo de chocolate de 8 ó 9 pulgadas (Vea la receta anterior)
Siga las instrucciones del paquete para ver la cantidad de líquido recomendada.
