Dimensions for trimless panel without handle
Use these dimension drawings to create a
custom panel for use without a trim kit.
The panel should be 1/2″ (13 mm) thick.
Installation:
1. Remove foot pedal, toe guard, decorative
panel and handle.
2. Align the bottom of the custom panel with
the bottom of the drawer front.
3. Secure the panel from the back using four
#8 x 1″ wood screws.
4. Attach a 15″ x 1/2″ quarter-round filler
along the top of drawer front using glue or
screws.
4. Reinstall the toe guard using the existing
screws and 1/2″ washer. Then reinstall the
foot pedal.
