or an authorized Customer Care

call 1.800.361.3400. Please have serial number and model
number available when calling for service.
For The Period Of: GE Will Replace:
One Year Any part of the cooktop which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

■ Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible
defects with this appliance.
■ Damage caused after delivery.
■ Product not accessible to provide required service.
