Thelargerslotin theadaptermust
bealignedwiththelargerslotinthe
walloutlettoprovideproperpolarity
intheconnectionofthepowercord.
CAUTION:Attachingan adapter
groundterminalto will outle~cover
screwdoesnotgroundan appliance
unlesscoverscrewis metal,and
notinsulated,andwalloutletis
groundedthroughhousewiring.
Youshouldhavecircuitcheckedby
a qualifiedelectricianto makesure
theoutletis properlygrounded.
When disconnectingthe power
cordfromtheadapter,alwayshold
theadapterwithonehand. If this
is notdone,theadapterground
terminalis verylikelyto break
withrepeateduse.
ShouIdthe adapterground

tubing,shut-offvalve,fittingsand
instructionsis availableat extra
costfromyourdealer.Thereshould
be sufficienttubingfortheicemaker
fromthe coldwatersupplyto allow
movingtherefrigeratoroutfromthe
wal~severalfeet(approximately
8 feetof 1/4”coppertubingin 3
10-inchdiametercoils).

Adjustablerollersbehindthebase
grilleenableyoutomovethe
refrigeratorawayfromthe wallfor
cleaning.Theserollersshouldbe
setsotherefrigeratorrestsfirmly
on thefloor.Toassurethatthe
doorswillcloseautomaticallyfrom
a halfway-openposition,thereis a
built-intiltfromthefrontto the
backofthecabinet.Side-by-side
refrigeratorsalsohavespecially
designeddoorhingesthatlifiboth
doorsslightlywhenopened,
allowingthe forceofgravitytohelp
closethemsecurely.
ToadjustroUers,removethebase
grillebygraspingit atthebottom
andpullingit out.
Tim therolleradjustingscrews
clockwiseto raisetherefrigerator,
counterclockwiseto lowerit. Use
an adjustablewrench(3/8”hexhead
bolt)or pliers.
Whenadjustingfrontrollemforproper
door closure,werecommendthat
thebottomfrontedgeofthe cabinet
be approximately~-” fromthefloor.
Torephe basegrille,alignprongs
on backof grillewithclampsin
cabinetandpushforwarduntil
grille snapsintoplace.
