Suggestions
Leaves of carrotsor turnipsshould be
removed before storage.
Eggs should bestored verticallyin the
egg holder.
Frozen food canbe placedin thecold
compartment before serving,as this
will conserve energy.
Onions, garlic, ginger, water chestnuts
and other rootvegetables shouldnot
be stored inthe refrigerator, as these
foods are suitable forlong-term
storage at normaltemperatures.
Storage period willbe extendedif
vegetables are placedwith their roots
towards the cold source.
Ripe squash, melon,pawpaw, bananas
and pineapples shouldnot bestored in
the refrigerator. Freezing will
accelerate the ripeningprocess.
Long-term storage of food
As the freezer storagetemperature is very low, fresh
food can be stored in the freezercompartment fora
long time. Food requiringlong-term storagecan be
stored in thefrozen food compartment.Follow the
instructions on thepackage forstorage period.

Remove the icecube tray.
Pour cold boiledwater intothe ice
cube tray (Belowthe levelmark, or
ice cubes arenot easilyremoved)
Replace the trayin thefreezer
compartment.
Turn clockwisethe knobon front
side of icemaker andthen theice
cubes will dropinto the icecube box
underneath.
Tilt abit thefront sideof icecube
tray when removingit fromthe
refrigerator.
Caution: Ice cube tray cannot be used for making ice cubes or
containing cheese, teaor soup toavoid cracksdue to freezing.
